About FEDCAS

FEDCAS was founded in 2012 by William Henderson, a personnel security professional, and Robert Welch, an experienced business leader, each with over three decades of experience in their respective fields. They developed a high-quality, cost-effective system for delivering security clearance assistance.

FEDCAS Consultants are former DOD personnel security professionals with extensive training and experience in security clearance policies, processes, and standards.

FEDCAS is the first national service of its kind available to individual clients and organizations needing ethical, qualified, and progressive personnel security clearance assistance. Consulting services are provided on a one-to-one, case-by-case basis. Clients are assessed to understand the security implications of their problems and to define expectations and goals. Information is exchanged via telephone, email, and/or security internet communications.

Our mission

FEDCAS is dedicated to providing federal security clearance applicants, current clearance holders, and their employers timely, efficient service delivered by government-trained, former DOD personnel security specialists with extensive experience. Our key objectives are to provide our clients a thorough assessment and understanding of problems that will affect their clearance eligibility, to recommend actions to mitigate issues and minimize potential delays in clearance processing, to assist them in preparing all needed documents, and to insure the confidentiality and security of information entrusted to us.
